Dr. Batterson was extremely gentle with the injections. She listened to me when necessary. She's a peach.

Though the test is uncomfortable, I was made to feel as comfortable as possible. They answered all my questions (and there were many!) and even turned the computer screen so I could see the images.

So far my treatment has been pretty successful. I'm having a lot less pain than I use to.

I don't agree Gundersen advertises when it takes 4 months to get in for a Test. Not sure if longer because I'm on Badgercare. Then when results are ready same day, And not good, I'm suppose to wait again to see my Dr in 10 days. Mychart is excellent source to read results.

Access is a challenge. Appointments are too far out.

Dr. Batterson knows my history and listens carefully to my new concerns. Does an assessment and makes a plan that I agree with. She is great!

Medical assistant is super friendly and courteous. Dr. answered all my questions. Although the purpose of the appointment is serious they kept it light and relaxed

Everyone at Gundersen is great. Dr Batterson is my favorite Doctor.

Dr.Batterson is Outstanding. My gripe is with getting appointments with what she wants me to get done. Therapy can't get me in until a month later, even though when I went to get the appointment no one was in there. So in a month when I go, they won't be able to see me for another month because all times will be filled. I have been through this before with them. I don't want anything I have said to be negative about Dr.Batterson, she has been my Angel of mercy.

Was in before appointment time, and out faster than anticipated.

I was very pleased with this experience.

Felt a little shaky at first and they were very patient until I felt good enough to leave.

Provider was running 20 to 30 minutes late. Seemed rushed at my appointment.

Other than waiting for the appointment and waiting at the clinic before the appt, it was a very good experience.

Dr. Batterson seems to be a fine clinician. She listens well, and I really trust her with my care.

Dr Batterson has been found to be one of the most intelligent and competent providers I have encountered in the last few decades. Her ability to comprehend my medical presentation and history across multiple specialties created a great amount of confidence from the initial examination as a new patient of hers. She is an outstanding asset to the Gundersen system.

Starting to get the run around. 1 Dr said go to physical therapy. It didn't help. The next Dr scent me to Neuroscience. She scent me back to Physical therapy. The second Dr I seen said physical therapy isn't going to do any good. People need to get on the same page

Takes way to long to get an appointment, months

First of all, the technician was very friendly and thorough and Dr Batterson and her assistant were very efficient and the shot was painless. I feel better already. Very good experience!

I don't recall being told when I would hear the results. Also was not told how I might feel after this test.

The provider and staff were wonderful. However, it is an obscenely long time to get appointments at Gundersen. There needs to be more providers or stop taking new patients so it doesn't take 4 or 5 months to get an appointment. It's really ridiculous that something acute becomes chronic because there are never any providers available and you have to wait months and months to be seen Thank you.

NP was attentive to my needs and provided comfortable environment for procedure.

When making the appointment I asked if there would be limitations after procedure , was told there weren't. At procedure the instructions were to take it easy a couple days. Day after definitely feel the need to take it easy.

I was very pleased with how prompt I was seen. The doctor was very informative and friendly. I felt cared for.

I had a wonderful experience with getting cortisone shots in each hip via ultrasound. My hips are feeling so much better today after just one day after the shots.
