My whole experience while in the Audiology department was incredible. My situation is challenging for everyone. All in the Audiology department treated me with empathy. This was a very encouraging and positive visit. Thank you to all.

Dr. Manke was great. Very easy to talk to. She will be an asset to Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics.

It was difficult for both of us to be the first to get fitted with the osia sound processor. I'm sure it will be easier after more clients get this new technology. It is wonderful to hear so much more now.

Just wonderful

I hate to drive 1.5 hours there and the same back and a total of 240 miles to a hearing test

I had to wait a long time to get in to see Dr. Manke for my appointment. I think I waited 25 minutes which was not convenient as I left work for this appointment and had to go back.

Dr. Manke is not only an outstanding audiologist, but practices with care and compassion, listening carefully to solve my concerns. Thank you!

Dr. Manke is wonderful, warm, caring and wants you to have all questions answered. She asks pertinent questions about my hearing aids and hearing. I can tell she really cares about me as a patient. She is truly a gem!

I don't know if she knew my history because it was not important to this visit. She knew why I was referred to her and that is all that was necessary.

I was so happy that after our appt she thought it would be beneficial for me to see ENT asap so she talked to the doctor and was able to squeeze me in right after that appt. Also, after seeing the ENT provider they thought it would be beneficial foreme to get an MRI asap and follow up appt. They were able to get me in early at my local Vernon Memorial Hospital as well as getting me in for the follow up at Gundersen Viroqua Clinic. Super impressed with how well they worked with me to get these appts to happen!!

Angela is a very knowledgeable plus friendly with working with patients. I appreciate her working with me on having better hearing.

The people at the entrance desks are super kind and accommodating. Your cafeteria food is delicious and inexpensive. Your building is attractive and clean with nice views from the waiting rooms. Your facility has everything I can find in a large city, but it's located close to my home!
