Alacia is an excellent midwife who knew my medical history, takes time to answer questions, and is just very personable and able to put people at ease while also being honest and individualized in her recommendations. I fully trust her expertise and evidence-based knowledge and know she will take the best care of my baby. She is the perfect combo of genuine compassion and expert knowledge!

Alacia is the kindest person. She reviewed all of my history and came to the appointment with specific items to discuss. She never seems rushed and spends as much time as needed answering and listening to her patients. She is the best midwife that Gundersen has.

Great experience with Alacia as always! I hadn't seen her for awhile but it was very clear she had taken the time to review my chart prior to my appointment. She took her time with me and answered all my questions and explained things very thoroughly. I left feeling at ease and knowing my care is in good hands. Highly recommend her!

Alacia is amazing! She is top notch and Gundersen is so lucky to have her. She is the best provider I have ever had and I wish I could see her for everything. She truly listens and treats each patient as a unique individual and provides care that aligns with the desires and needs of the patient and the organization. I whole heartedly trust her with my medical care.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the midwives, nurses and staff at the Onalaska clinic. They are all fantastic. However, I am unhappy with the spacing of appointments throughout this pregnancy (I am being seen less frequently than I did with my last two pregnancies) and have had multiple issues of being needed to reschedule appointments due to providers no longer being available. The second half of this pregnancy has been much more stressful due to appointment spacing/scheduling at Gundersen than my two previous pregnancies were when I was with Mayo.

Whitehall has been a wonderful clinic for our family. We have been so impressed with everything appointment we had in whitehall. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The medical staff and providers give you the care and go above and beyond! Can't say enough good things about my care in whitehall.

The cell phone service is poor on that side of the building. There is no service which can be concerning.

My provider was very knowledgeable, spoke nicely to me, and listened to me. She made the appointment easy!
