About Moving Through Grief Together

The road of grief can be a long, and at times, lonely journey. To support those who have experienced the death of a family member or friend, Gundersen offers Moving Through Grief Together, a twice-monthly drop-in support group. The group meets on the first and third Fridays of every month.

This group focuses on peer support, offering participants the opportunity to talk about their grief journey and learn from the experiences of others. As a drop-in group, there are no formal attendance expectations or registration requirements. The group is open to the community and offered at no charge.

While not required, it is recommended that new members be at least a month from the loss they are grieving.

• Schedule: First and third Fridays of every month from noon to 1:30 p.m.
