40Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital and Clinics in Hillsboro, WI is seeking a full time 1.0 FTE Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse to join our team! This position works within our family medicine department and sees outpatients ages 12 and up. This position works closely with our family medicine clinicians including two clinic based therapists and two school based therapists.
Practice Highlights:
- Continuum of care includes Adolescent and Adult services
- Based within our Family Medicine clinic. Collaborative practice with 2 Physicians, 4 NP/PAs, and 4 BH Therapists.
- Epic EMR
- Teaching and research are supported
- No weekend or evening clinic hours
