Gundersen Health System, based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is currently recruiting for an MFM physician to provide consultation for our high-risk OB patients. Your practice will include consultations ranging from pre-conception and ante-partum care to post-partum. Our regional Health System provides specialized care for communities whose over 600,000 members rely on.
A Labor and Delivery practice is also possible if desired. Must be BE/BC.
You will join 8 physician colleagues, including another MFM and Fertility experts. Gundersen also has a well-established CNM practice, dating back over 40 years. Total annual births approximately 1300.

Catchment area of over 600,000 in NE Iowa, SE Minnesota and SW Wisconsin
Level 3 NICU, Level II Trauma Center, 24 hour in-house Anesthesia coverage
Teaching organization, and the Western Campus of UW Madison School of Medicine allowing for faculty appointment. Fulltime 3rd and 4th year WARM medical students on site, as well as residencies in IM, FM, Surgery, and more.

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
