Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI, invites you to join a team of radiologists and a full complement of support personnel in one of the nation’s largest multi-specialty group practices.
Our traditional practice offers a manageable daily workload, 10 weeks paid time off (for full time radiologists), and a percentage of service to our outreach satellite facilities in Southwest Wisconsin, Southeast Minnesota and Northeast Iowa. We have in-house night hawk radiologists covering the 10:00 pm – 7:00 am shift and in-house evening radiologists covering the 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm shift.
The La Crosse campus serves as host to our new, state-of-the-art facility that includes all modalities (including 1.5 and 3T MRI, dual source CT, digital mammography and PET/CT). Gundersen’s accredited residency programs (Transitional, IM, General Surgery, Podiatric Medicine & Surgery, & Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) allow our staff to practice in a collegial environment.

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
