Schedule Weekly Hours:

Coulee Trails is Gundersen Health System's non-emergency transportation program. This service is growing and we are adding an evening, part-time driver to our team. There is some flexibility on shift assignments but ideal candidates will have availability from 4-10pm 2+ days per week.

We are looking for patient-focused professionals with a good driving record, customer service experience, and a desire to help us deliver Love+Medicine. This part-time position will also include some paid on-call hours in the evening and every 3rd weekend paid on-call as well.

Job Description:

Drivers provide non-emergency transportation to scheduled medical appointments and other scheduled events.

Major Responsibilities:

1.     Provide safe transportation of clients to and from medical appointments and other scheduled events.
2.    Use iPad for proper documentation of trip records.
3.    Provide weekly inspection reports and timecards to the office in a timely manner.
4.    Maintain vans according to company policy.
5.    Show courtesy and respect to all clients, caregivers, facility staff persons, and other drivers.
6.    Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Valid driver’s license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa
