We are looking for a detail oriented individual to join our team as an IS Asset Contract Management Analyst

Schedule: Monday-Friday core business hours

Location: La Crosse, WI Main Campus, with eligibility for remote employment. Remote employment options limited to residents of WI, MN, and IA.

An Ideal Candidate will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within IT or a Business related degree
  • Experience with IT Software and Hardware

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the vendor management program. This position will assist in vendor negotiations, forecasts, and financial analysis for technology purchases, Software, Hardware, Software as a Service (SAAS), IT Contract Services and clinical engineering equipment. This position also supports the financial reporting and analysis for overall IT/CE contract spend, compiling data that helps IT leadership make operational and financial decision.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Support the vendor management program for most technology purchases, Software, Hardware, Software as a Service (SAAS), IT Contract Services, CE equipment and asset lifecycle planning.

2. Evaluate current and new suppliers to develop and improve service levels in search of continuous improvements regarding total cost and efficiency.

3. Assist with activities for strategic sourcing for new software/hardware/CE acquisition.

4. Performs work under general supervision.

5. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

6. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
