The office of Population Health at Gundersen Health System is accepting applications for a Community Health Intern to join our team for fall semester 2023!

This is a paid, full-time internship designed to meet the requirements for students seeking a degree in public health or related field.

Job Description:

Gundersen Health System provides a professional hands-on experience tailored to meet the interests of the interns in conjunction with the current activities of the department. Internships are available for currently enrolled in bachelors or master's degree program.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Performs job-related responsibilities as requested.

Education and Learning:
REQUIRED
Post High School education in a specialized field:
Currently in or graduated from an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's Program in a related field.

Work Experience:
DESIRED
1 year in a related field.

Age Specific Population Served:
Unit/Department Specific

OSHA Category:
Category I - All Employees in this job title have a reasonably anticipated risk of occupational exposure to blood and/or other potentially infectious materials.

Environmental Conditions:
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).

Physical Requirements/Demands Of The Position:
