Schedule Weekly Hours:
40We are looking for a detail oriented individual to join our team as an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst based on experience level. This role will be responsible for the entire Nurse Call System for Main Campus and regional locations. You'll be involved with managing the fetal monitoring system and infant protection systems.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with the requirement to work on a rotating on call basis.
Location: Remote eligible for residents of WI, MN, and IA but will have requirements to be onsite from time to time.
An Ideal Candidate will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Epic, Nurse Call System, and Vocera preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills

Job Description:
Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Serves as a coordinator and has meaningful relationships with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
2. Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
3. Apply knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others. Assists in performing business operational process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology.
4. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements.
5. Solves moderate problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
6. Impacts a range of customers, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Works within broad guidelines and policies.
7. Explains difficult or sensitive information, works to build consensus.
8. Independently, interacts in a meaningful way with customers to help drive solutions.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
