Physicians, nurse practitioners and nursing staff work closely with emergency personnel and GundersenAIR to assure your healthcare emergency is handled quickly and competently. Our physicians and registered nurses are trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Trauma Care, and can handle emergencies that are either minor or severe.
Urgent Care
Health problems can arise unexpectedly and they're not always at the most convenient time. That's why Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics offers Urgent Care (sometimes called Walk-In Care) seven days a week.
Urgent Care is designed to provide access to medical care during the hours your primary care clinic is closed. No appointment is necessary.
Urgent Care Hours:
- Weekdays: 6 to 8 a.m. and 5 to 9 p.m.
- Weekends and Holidays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Urgent Care services are appropriate for:

- Skin rashes
- Colds, flu
- Insect bites
- Fever
- Sore throat
- Back pain
- Sprains
- Urinary burning
Emergency Services or Urgent Care
