Patients with obesity related concerns may want to try a Comprehensive Medical Assessment. This option is good for people who are unsure about which program to participate in, have a complicated medical history, or just want a professional medical opinion to help with their weight loss.

A Gundersen Lutheran medical provider will evaluate your current medication list to see if there are any drugs causing excess weight gain or hunger. Weight history, medical history and family history will also be evaluated. Together the patient and provider will decide if there are other possibilities for drug therapy, weight management or specific programs that could address their needs.
