MyCare now provides the ability to reorder your current contact lens prescription online. To use this online service, you must be a Gundersen patient with a current contact lens prescription. To learn more, login into MyCare. If you do not have a MyCare account, you can enroll online.
MyCare supports patient access to the medical record, communications, health information and other online services. Currently, MyCare provides:
- Immunization history
- Appointment Requests
- Allergy and Medication lists
- Secure electronic communication with your provider's care team
- Adult Preventive Care Worksheet
- Review labs and letters that have been released at your provider's discretion
- Prescription refills
- Contact lens refills
- Health and disease information
- Proxy Access - The ability to give another person limited authorized access to your MyCare information
- Additional services are under development
