The Gundersen Vendor Program provides uniform policy and treatment for all suppliers and business representatives, complies with accrediting and regulatory organizations, and provides a safe and secure environment for Gundersen patients and staff.
All suppliers and vendors doing business with Gundersen must be registered and complete orientation and training requirements. Please direct the person responsible for managing your company’s relationship with Gundersen to this web site to register your business. The registration process should be done before you arrive for your appointment. There will be a computer sign-in/sign-out station on campus to obtain your identification badge. The registration process will not be permitted at the sign-in stations.
There is a nominal annual fee for registration which is per company. The fee ranges from $25 to $250 per year and is determined based on the vendor’s risk profile. The annual fee is paid to our contracted supplier/vendor accreditation agency, Vendormate, Inc., and is used to purchase third party data; perform screening and credentialing; store compliance information and documentation; notify vendors of training, policy changes and compliance regulations; and monitor and alert company status throughout the year. We expect each of your representatives who interact with us to register. Only the first representative to register will be assessed the fee for the company.
