Medical Laboratory Technician / Technologist
Lab Tech position covering hospital lab. 60–64 hours/pay period
Shifts and hours may vary and will include call, weekends, and holiday rotations. Applicant must possess a laboratory technician/technologist certification from an accredited program and be able to interact well with other departments and patients of all ages. Requires corrected normal vision range and the absence of color-blindness, corrected hearing to be able to communicate with patients in person or via electronic means, and to hear instrumentation signals.
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Hospitalist
Seeking a full-time hospital-based PA or NP. This provider will be responsible for the medical care of our hospitalized patients at Gundersen Tri-County Hospital. Responsibilities will include admission H&P, daily evaluation, diagnostic and treatment decisions, discharge planning and documentation and working with interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists and social workers. Training and support will be provided through a combination of telemed-based oversight from the hospitalist physicians of Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, direct oversight from local physicians and opportunities to work directly with the hospitalist physicians in La Crosse during the initial training process. The full-time work schedule is 7 days on with telephone-based call during the evening and overnight followed by 7 days off.
Occupational Therapist needed in our Rehab Department to assure proper staffing during upcoming Family Leave and Vacations. Must work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team, using appropriate modalities and treatment techniques according to Wisconsin OT Standards of Practice. PRN - No Weekends.
One year of experience preferred
.9 FTE, 72 hours every two weeks
11 a.m. - 11 p.m. weekdays
9 a.m. - 9 p.m. every third weekend and holidays rotation

Speech Language Pathologist
We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to work with our patients to assist/improve their speech, swallowing, and or improve a patients ability to understand speech.
Must have exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to stay focused for extended periods. Masters in Speech and Language preferred.
Surgical Nurse/Operating Room Circulator
Per Diem - Shifts Variable / approximately 2 days per month – Registered Nurse needed to cover 8 hour surgical rotations shifts at Gundersen Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall.
Part time, .5 FTE, day shift, schedule will vary based on surgical rotation.
