Gundersen Tri-County Care Center is a 35-bed facility on Tri-County Memorial's third floor. No matter the length of time our residents are here, we make everyone feel as if this is their home.
At the same time, the Care Center is a place where vital daily healthcare happens. Our healthcare team of physicians, nurses, therapists and others staff the Care Center around the clock. We do this to meet our residents' healthcare, supportive and privacy needs.
The Gundersen Tri-County Care Center is connected to our Hospital and Emergency Department and all our other departments including Rehabilitation Services; Laboratory; and Imaging Services departments. It also is linked to our Whitehall Clinic.
Care Center residents are given the opportunity to participate in a full slate of activities that include daily exercise; programs and concerts; worship services; and numerous community outings.
Gundersen Tri-County Care Center is rigorously surveyed annually by the State of Wisconsin to ensure we provide the highest-quality care.
