The Program
TOP (Training for Outstanding Performance) gives high school and middle school athletes a unique opportunity to work with elite performance enhancement specialists. These specialists evaluate your athletic performance and design a customized program that satisfies your specific needs and objectives for your sport and position.
The Performance Enhancement Specialists
Unlike other training programs, TOP follows the National Academy of Sports Medicine's (NASM) comprehensive training program that is based on scientific research to generate superior results. Our Performance Enhancement Specialists (PES) are certified through NASM, a worldwide leader in providing the tools to produce optimum performance and injury prevention in athletes.
The Goal
Our goal is for you to improve your performance and learn injury prevention techniques to keep you at the top of your game. To help you perform at your peak, our PES certified instructors use hands-on instruction in the following techniques:
- Integrated flexibility training.
- Core stabilization training.
- Neuromuscular stabilization training (balance).
- Integrated speed, agility and quickness training.
- Integrated strength training.
