Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital and Clinics recently hosted a design competition for its corporate holiday greeting card.
The winner was chosen by members of Gundersen St. Joseph's leadership team and the St. Joseph's Memorial Foundation board. The winning design was a beautiful snowman scene by 11-year-old Kaitlyn Sebranek of Hillsboro.
Danni Gearhart, CEO of Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital and Clinics presented Kaitlyn with a Gundersen St. Joseph's bobble hat, scarf and $25 gift voucher for art supplies.
"Kaitlyn's piece shows good use of mixed media, a considered approach to color and presents a whimsical feeling of movement," says Dan Howard, marketing director at Gundersen St. Joseph's. "I think that's why this design struck a chord with our judges."
