The Intuitive Eating (IE) book group will help you learn how to:

Groups meet for eight total sessions, every other week for a total of 16 weeks. Discussion is based on the "Intuitive Eating" book, written by Evelyn Tribole and Elise Resch, two award-winning dietitians. The book can be purchased online or at your local bookstore. The use of tablet or electronic versions is discouraged due to the nature of group discussions. The most current edition of the book is used for discussion.
