How can I use the 500 Club to improve my eating habits?
In today's busy, fast-paced lifestyle, it can be difficult to find the time to scour labels or lists for nutrition information, so we've done the work for you! Whenever you see the 500 Club logo, you can rest assured that the item is controlled in calories and fat, balanced, reasonably portioned, and dietitian-approved.

How are 500 Club items selected?
