Training Registration Fees & Continuing Education
Fees include online modules, instruction, resource manual, certificate of completion, continuing education credit, lunch, and refreshments.

Group discount: Receive $100 off per bereavement training registration when registering three or more. NOTE: You must obtain the discount code before registering. To obtain the group discount code, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the names of those in your group. (Group discount does not apply to RTS Coordinator Training.)
Payment: Pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.
Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to a different conference location for a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation policy: We offer a refund minus a $75 administrative fee for each cancelled registration. We do not offer refunds if you fail to notify us prior to the conference you cannot attend.

Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Perinatal Death provides 12.75 CE; Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Neonatal and Pediatric Death provides 12.75 CE; Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Adult Death provides 12.75 CE; and Resolve Through Sharing Coordinator Training provides 7 CE. The three online modules provide 1 contact hour each.

Provider (Gundersen Lutheran Bereavement and Advance Care Planning Services) approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider #12245, for 12.75 contact hours for Resolve Through Sharing Training: Perinatal Death; 12.75 contact hours for Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Neonatal and Pediatric Death; 12.75 contact hours for Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Adult Death; and 7 contact hours Resolve Through Sharing (RTS) Coordinator Training. The three online modules provide 1 contact hour each.

Social work continuing education hours
Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation Inc., provider #1089, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation Inc. maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 11/14/2018–11/14/2021.
Social workers will receive 12.75 continuing education credits by completing Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Perinatal Death; 12.75 continuing education credits by completing Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Neonatal and Pediatric Death; 12.75 continuing education credits by completing Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Training: Adult Death; and 7 continuing education credits by completing Resolve Through Sharing Coordinator Training. Online pre-training continuing education credits are awarded separately.
Chaplains may apply for continuing education credit through the Association for Professional Chaplains (APC).
Other disciplines will receive a certificate of attendance. To receive continuing education (CE and CEH), nurses, social workers and chaplains must be present for each full day of training (no partial credit will be given). Completed evaluation is required for CE/CEH. CE/CEH certificate for classroom portion given onsite. CE/CEH certificates for online courses awarded upon completion of each module and are sent electronically.
