Wave of Light

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day
Oct. 15, 2017

Did you know?
Approximately a million pregnancies end in early pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or newborn death in the United States annually. That’s 1 in 4 pregnancies.

For many families, the loss of a pregnancy or death of a baby is devastating, yet most do not receive the grief support they so desperately need and deserve.

In 1988, President Reagan proclaimed October as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month to bring awareness to families affected by this tragic experience.

Wave of Light
We invite you to join us  by lighting a candle on Sunday, October 15 at 7 p.m. (any time zone) and letting it burn for at least one hour as a way of remembering all the precious babies who left us too soon, and honoring their parents.
