Clinic Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN

Full-time position working primarily in the West Union Clinic but also floating to cover Postville and Fayette Clinic when needed. Ideal individual will need to be flexible and able to assist in covering vacations, weekends, and evening hours when needed. The responsibility of this MA or LPN includes the providing of compassionate, safe and competent direct patient care as delegated, daily organizational support for the  provider and effective and authentic communication skills while interacting with patients, families and all members of the healthcare team. High School Diploma and graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or a State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse is required. Six months experience in a healthcare setting and experience in telemedicine is desired. Must have a current Certified Medical Assistant certification or current Licensed Practical Nurse license with the state of Iowa. Current CPR license is required. Additional certifications may be needed and will be based on department need.

Radiologic Technologist

ARRT registered with Iowa Permit to Practice. CT and/or Mammography registry a plus. 3-4 days per week. Familiarity with EPIC, PACs and CR systems a plus. Seeking patient friendly, energetic tech willing to cross train in multi modalities and share night and weekend call rotation of at least 6 nights each month.

Medical Assistant (MA)

Full-time position in the Surgery Department, Monday-Friday day hours. To assist in the Surgery Department maintaining a clean and orderly environment in patient treatment areas, rooming patients, and assisting with GI procedures. Also, supports department flow such as patient charts and room preparation. A current Medical Assistant CMA certification is required along with good communication and computer skills.

Medical Lab Technician (Certified MLT/MLS)

A full-time position for a MLT/MLS or rad tech with moderately complex lab experience. This position will provide coverage in the clinic and hospital settings to cover days off, vacations, and/or illnesses. Responsibilities vary based on the working location. The applicant cannot be color blind, must be competent on computers, able to work independently, and willing to travel to multiple locations during the week.

Registered Nurse

Full-time, working 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.; 36 hours per week. Experience in either Med/Surg, OB, or ED preferred, but would consider a candidate possessing the attributes to readily cross-train. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP within one year of hire, if not already current. This position includes rotating holiday and weekend schedule. Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)

5 out of 6 weekends – 36 hours per weekend with rotating days and nights. 5 p.m. – 5 a.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday – depending on department needs which will be determined by Nurse Managers. Candidates must have OB and/or ER experience, ACLS, PALS and NRP – TNCC within first year of working the weekend option. This position will include weekend pay incentives.
