You have the right to clear communication. We want you to understand your diagnosis, treatment and care plan. If you communicate using American Sign Language (ASL), we offer trained interpreters for free. Interpreters keep your personal information confidential. You do not have to depend on friends or family to interpret for you.
At your request, we will arrange for an ASL interpreter to be present when you are seen by a doctor, nurse or other staff. Please make your request well in advance.
