6, 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1cup reduced fat thousand island dressing
1 (14 oz.) can reduced sodium sauerkraut
3 slices Swiss cheese
1. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Spoon dressing over chicken; cover with sauerkraut. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
2. Remove chicken from oven. Cut cheese slices in half and place on top of chicken.
3. Bake uncovered, 20-30 minutes longer or until cooking thermometer reads 165
