Gundersen NCPTC's main training center is located on the Winona State University (WSU) campus. This state-of-the-art complex includes:
- 5 mock court rooms
- 4 forensic interview training rooms
- Mock house in which simulated child abuse investigations are conducted
As part of the collaboration with WSU, Gundersen NCPTC staff and WSU faculty have developed the model undergraduate minor curriculum and certificate program entitled Child Advocacy Studies (CAST).

Southern Regional Training Center
Southern Regional Training Center - Bentonville, Ark.
NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) received an invitation to serve as the first of only four regional partners of the Gundersen National Child Protection Training Center (Gundersen NCPTC), which is dedicated to significantly reducing, if not ending, child abuse in the United States. As the Gundersen NCPTC partner for the southern region, NWACC's Regional Training Center will spread the CAST (child advocacy studies) curriculum throughout the South.
The center provides training, technical assistance, and publications that benefit the nation. In particular the 15 southern states that are assigned to the regional center. The Regional Training Center includes mock hearing rooms, a mock court room, mock residence areas, interactive video and flexible use space.
