Program Eligibility & Requirements
Our program will accept applications only through ERAS and offer positions only through the Match. Gundersen Medical Foundation-Hematology & Oncology Fellowship Program sponsors H1B and J1 visas. Please submit three letters of recommendation, personal statement, CV, USMLE scores and ECFMG if applicable. Once your completed application has been reviewed, we will contact you regarding its status and the possibility of a visit to our institution for interviews with the program's faculty. We strongly encourage applications from all minorities.
Fellowship applications will be accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Application deadline: August 15. Interviews will be scheduled for the fall.
