Dig DEEP (Diet and Exercise to Ease Pain): Dig DEEP aims to decrease chronic pain (e.g. low back, knee or hip) and improve function in obese and overweight adults. Healthcare providers from five disciplines meet with participants and provide a comprehensive plan—all in one half day. Following the initial consultations, the Dig DEEP team will help you decide if the Dig DEEP class is a good fit for you. The Dig DEEP class is a 12-week group exercise, education and health coaching program. If you're ready for an innovative approach to pain control, talk to your primary care provider or call.
