Yoga is an ancient mind body exercise with special attention given to movement, breathing and focus. Yoga promotes range of motion, it helps restore flexibility and it can improve circulation to the joints and to the entire body, which promotes healing.

Enjoy all three yoga sessions on one DVD
The first section is seated yoga poses. Learn to relax, breathe deeply and focus as you warm up with these basics.
The second section is done standing with a focus on balance. Yoga does an excellent job of stretching and strengthening muscles essential to balance. Variations are provided. Follow along or challenge yourself with more difficult poses.
The third and final section of Gentle Yoga has more advanced variations of the poses. The seat and the back of the chair are used for support. Your own body weight is also used for strengthening upper and lower body muscles.
