- Celebrate with a favorite activity. Rather than focusing just on an indulgent meal, make plans to spend time together enjoying a favorite activity. Go ice skating, take a walk through town or challenge each other to a few games of bowling. Just have some fun, laugh and savor your time together.
- Share a romantic dinner. If you're trying to follow a healthy eating plan, consider making a romantic dinner at home instead of heading to a restaurant. You'll be better able to control what you eat. If you prefer to go out, share an entrée or order appetizers so you don't overdo it.
