
Green grape salad recipe
Makes about 6 cups
Ingredients
- ¾ cup light sour cream
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 lbs. seedless green grapes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat together first 3 ingredients until well blended. Fold in grapes until well coated. Fold in pecans. Refrigerate until serving.
