Vegetarian 'Big Mac' burger recipe

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

6 lentil-walnut burgers (link to lentil walnut burgers recipe)
6 slices cheddar cheese*
Chopped onion
Lettuce
Pickles
Thousand Island dressing*
6 buns, your favorite*, toasted

Preparation

Place one slice of cheese on each walnut burger while hot and place burger on bun. Layer with pickles, onion, lettuce and drizzle with thousand island dressing. Serve. Tastes like the real thing, but way healthier!

*NOTE: to make vegan use vegan American cheese, to ensure gluten-free, use gluten-free dressing and buns
