Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mahi-mahi fish steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • Dash salt
  • 1 cup mango chunks

Preparation

Mix olive oil, lime, lemon and orange juice, soy sauce and spices.  Brush over mahi -mahi fish steaks.  Broil for 5 minutes.  Turn fish steaks and add mango pieces.  Broil for an additional 5-7 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
