Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fresh coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup coleslaw dressing
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • Hot sauce – do not use Tobasco (we recommend Frank's)
  • 4 (8 inch) whole wheat flour tortillas

Preparation

In small bowl combine slaw mix and dressing. Toss to coat. On flour tortilla, place ½ cup shredded chicken and sprinkle with desired amount of hot sauce. Top with 1/3 cup prepared coleslaw. Roll up and enjoy!

*The yield of this recipe can easily be adjusted. Plan for 1 tortilla, ½ cup shredded buffalo chicken and 1/3 cup coleslaw per serving.
