Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Paprika

Preparation

Heat oven to 400°. Place chickpeas on a medium baking pan. Using clean towel, pat dry to remove excess moisture. Drizzle with olive oil and paprika. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes until crispy.

Best if eaten hot and while crispy. Eat as a snack, use as a protein source for pita sandwiches, or add to salads.
