Makes 24 brownies

Ingredients

1 cup butter, melted
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
4 tsp. vanilla extract

Frosting: 
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup milk 
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. In medium bowl, combine all brownie ingredients and beat with whisk until well combined. Pour into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool. In another medium bowl, combine butter, milk and cocoa powder with electric mixer. Mix in 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time until frosting has formed. When brownies are cool, drop in dollops onto brownies and smooth frosting with knife. Cut into 24 pieces.
