Avocado toast recipe

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 2 large eggs
  • Sriracha
  • Salt and pepper, if desired

Preparation

Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Heat to medium. Fry two eggs until desired doneness is reached. Meanwhile, toast bread. Top toast with avocado, cooked egg and Sriracha, salt and pepper as desired.
