Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 10 lemons juiced using an electric juicer)
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 8 cups water

Preparation

In a small saucepan on the stove, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and whisk the sugar until it's fully dissolved. Cool completely. In a large pitcher, stir together the simple syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 7 cups of water.
