Makes 4 servings (serving size = ~7 shrimp)

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cooked large shrimp, cooled
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 4-ounce 100% orange juice
  • 2 fresh limes, cut in half, save for zesting peel

Instructions for Citrus Glaze

In a small bowl combine honey and 100% orange juice, then squeeze the juice of limes into bowl and whisk all ingredients together. Add shrimp to glaze and coat thoroughly.

Place about 7 shrimp in serving bowl and zest with lime peel. Serve cold.
