$50.00 This fee covers you and your partner.


This is a comprehensive class that covers the majority of the information from all of the individual classes (Managing Your Labor 1 & 2 and Introduction to Basics of Baby Care) in one session. This includes the labor process, pain management, breathing techniques, massage, position changes, and more as well as practice and learning time to become comfortable with labor coping techniques. It will cover baby care, baby safety and typical newborn behavior.

Included in the cost is a tour of the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.

Please bring 2 pillows and a blanket/mat for coping technique practices, as well as your prenatal books, snacks/drinks as desired and arrive 10 minutes early due to parking.

The registration fee includes both you and a partner. You are encouraged to register for classes early to reserve your spot (classes fill quickly), but should not attend until after 28 weeks. Individual circumstances can vary.
