Gundersen Health System Orthopedics is always looking for opportunities to provide care closer to home. On Nov. 3, the department opened the doors of its new Gundersen Caledonia Orthopedic Clinic at 405 South Hwy 44/76 in Caledonia.

The clinic provides:

  • Orthopedic physical therapy for back, knee, hip and shoulder injuries and disorders
  • Rehabilitation following total joint replacement surgery

Gundersen physical therapists will staff the clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

"The medical needs of patients with Orthopedic injuries and disorders can be chronic and require ongoing care and appointments. It's our hope that by bringing Orthopedic Physical Therapy closer to patients in Caledonia, we can better serve our patients and their families," states Butch Bobenmoyer, clinical manager, of Gundersen Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation.

To refer a patient for physical therapy, contact Gundersen Orthopedics via MedLink at (800) 336-5465. In La Crosse, call (608) 775-5465.
