CENTRAL RAY: Perpendicular to mid-forearm.

HELPFUL POSITIONING: 
Lateral: Have patient’s entire arm all on the same plane. Bend elbow 90° - turn thumb up as much as possible. If unable to get a good lateral of the wrist on the lateral forearm, do a separate Lateral Wrist.
