I don't know that it was really a provider issue, but the Medicare exam amounts to nothing, really. It's just not very thorough at all. I suppose the provider's hands are tied.

This experience was good my only complaint is with my chart I don't hear back sometimes and when new results are posted sometimes it takes forever to hear from someone the last time was over a week and I had to message about my test and it to do with my heart not a good thing that needs to be improved

I have not been to Gundersen in quite some time due to insurance requirements, but in the past I have been happy with the care and treatment I have had there. Nurse Plondke was very knowledgeable and frank with me. I respect that in a healthcare provider!

I have been a patient at the PdC clinic for at least 20 years, everyone is always wonderful. They actually know you, they are not just familiar with you. I have seen Tammy Plondke since she came to the clinic, she is absolutely fantastic. I see her for myself and both of my daughters see her, she is always professional but also personable, she actively listens to you and genuinely cares. Everyone at the clinic is fantastic.

They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me, and that they were sincerely, concerned for my well being. That really means a lot, to me! The nurse even brought me a cold bottled water. So nice!

As nervous as I was to hearing what maybe wrong with me they made me feel at ease and Dr.P had asked me to contact her the following day and let her know how I was feeling, that was a good feeling that she does care.

Tammy is always great at making me feel comfortable.
