When I called for an appointment, I got a date a few weeks later. I asked to be on the wait list, she said sure. That afternoon or the next day, she called back with an earlier appointment. I really appreciated that. I really liked Dr Wolbrink, she took as much time as we needed, got to know us. She is my new doctor, we are transferring to Gundersen from Marshfield. Also, twice I wrote to her on My Chart, she answered same day or next. My husband and I thank Gundersen and it's employees for being treated so nicely. We travel 1 hour to Sparta Gundersen Clinic, it is well worth it.

The medical assistant that took me to the room was a little out of line. When I told her my symptoms she related and told a personal story that made her former husband a bad guy and made me feel as though she was blaming my symptoms on my husband. I had to tell her my husband was a wonderful man and I was the one that was off.

I loved all the help from check in person to the nurses to the Doctor. Rose is the best. Also very caring.

I really felt satisfied and heard when I left my appointment. She's very sweet and easy to talk to.

They were great and walked with me to keep everything on time and do paperwork. I'm slow with a walker and they were very patient with me and let me rest when needed

Dr. Wolbrink is a good doctor but it's been very hard to get appointments with her for quite some time now. She's always booked about three weeks out and most things I need cannot wait that long. I've seen more of her team than I've seen of her in the past year or two because of appointment availability.

I had an appt. At 12:15. Since it was over what I suppose is the lunch hour there was only one person working the check in desk and it was very difficult for one person to keep up with the check ins. I was early for my appt but by the time I got through the check in process I think I might have been late! If you're going to keep lunch hour appts probably can't reduce the front desk staff to just one.
