My visit went very well. I was given a great explanation of the circumstances. My appointments were right on time!

I never give recommendations to others, they find their own providers based on their needs so no, I would not be at all likely to recommend this provider. That doesn't mean they are not good, just that I am not going to provide a recommendation. I would have felt much more confident going to this provider if they were masked to protect me from picking up infections. I am a senior citizen and immune compromised and wore an N-95 but not one person I encountered had a mask on or offered to put one on out of respect for me and to protect me as much as possible. At Gundersen in La Crosse, it was added to my records so that anyone treating me would see this and would be wearing a mask when I came in. Several infections are still circulating widely in the area. Many people I know have been seriously ill lately. I am diligent about isolating and masking, I void public spaces and a trip to the clinic is one of very few infection risk points I encounter. Being inside a tiny exam room is not only claustrophobic but now is a germophobic experience for me. Please reinstate mask mandates at all health care facilities for the sake of those most vulnerable and for the general public, even if it is an unpopular concept. Germs do not follow popular opinion.

Everybody was was polite to me. Randy knew what had to be down. I was very pleased with his answer.

This was my first experience and it was positive. I did not expect them to know all about me but was pleased they had pulled in my information for the UW Madison Mychart and used the xrays that were taken there so they did not need to be repeated. I was able to book a consult with the Orthopedic surgeon a week later - which exceeded my expectations.

Randy Mickelson was extremely thorough and professional. He answered all of my many questions and knew a lot about my knee and its care current and future. He was wonderful! He did not make me feel rushed and that was appreciated because I had so many concerns!

Arrived about 10 minutes prior to scheduled appt. and was taken IMMEDIATELY to imaging ! Very good on timing and minimal waiting for any of the caregivers. Thank you.

I had an appointment there in orthopedics and I had a great experience. And I also had an x-ray and that was a good experience. And people were pleasant and helpful and I got in quickly, which I needed to do, and had my answers... questions answered. And, my primary provider, Randy, was very good at listening and I had some issues in addition to my knee that needed to be addressed and he was helpful with that and set up another appointment with the appropriate physician for me and so forth. So I had a very positive experience and I'll continue to come back to Viroqua.

I've been dealing with the folks in the Viroqua facility for over 10 years now, and feel very comfortable with their care , expertise.

Waited 45 minutes and was told it was still going to be 10+ minutes. I had to leave without seeing provider because I ran out of time.

Overall I like coming to the Viroqua Clinic because it is small, well kept, not as busy as others. It is very clean and the staff treats us very well. I did have a wait of one hour to see my provider. If we were not retired, it would be inconvenient for us to wait that long. Once seen, the provider gave us his undivided attention, answered all our questions, and was very knowledge, understanding, and thorough. Thank you.
