Dr. Rolius has excellent bedside manner. He is kind and patient. Really felt comfortable with him. The team did a good job making me comfortable and supported through the procedure. Would recommend a warm blanket as a nice touch during lasik.

Everyone was real nice and explained everything.But when I walked outside I could not see so i'm just wondering why you don't provide sunglasses. My husband was real upset about this. I was completely blind

Usually get in almost right on time but had 45 min. wait for some reason. Staff did apologize for delay.

The visit was a good experience and I now understand better why it is necessary to take care of my condition. I was NOT willing to go, but once I got there, I felt welcome and much better about the fact that I really need to take care of this so that in a few weeks after, I will be able to see better and drive again. They are very kind and understanding about my fears. I trust that what I now know is for the best. If I may say so, I would like to hug them all for being so informative and kind. Gracias. :)

I was very happy with all the people that I worked with. Dr. Rolius was very good and I have a lot of confidence in him because I've had him for other things too and I think he's one of the better doctors that I've had for a long time. Thank you.

The nurse was going to provide me with a date for the removal of the cataract operation and I haven't got that yet. I got some conflicting information during the maybe like three visits leading up to the last one and I'm a little confused maybe. Maybe I'm a little uncertain over some of the answers because they did conflict. So otherwise everything's fine.

All seemed very rushed and understaffed. Too busy to schedule my surgery and promised to call me for scheduling within a week. I took this to mean they are very understaffed or very stressed.

I have complete faith in Dr. Rolius. He is a wonderful eye surgeon. He did a partial cornea transplant and cataract surgery on my husband. And he is doing well.

Just wish gundersen offered more treatment plans with opthmology. I have been all over the country Miami Stanford mayo and now mn eye consultants. Wish they would offer more so I wouldn't have to travel the country

They both were amazing and listened to me. Which I appreciated alot. I'm terrified of procedure and they helped calm my nerves by being calm themselves. We will see...but they were great.

Dr. Rolius is absolutely great. The only suggestion I have is could you please turn down the air conditioning of the exam rooms. This is the second time now that I have been extremely uncomfortable in the opthalmalogy exam rooms and I even brought along a jacket and had to put on and I was still miserable,Thanks

My experience was all positive, I can't think of anything they could have done to make it any better.

My experience was a pleasant one. Everyone who was apart of my care was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Dr. R was very helpful in understanding my condition. Explained things very well along with giving you a positive outlook.

The doctor was delayed in getting to my exam room. I fully understand this, and appreciate that he spends ample time with us patients. It would have been helpful, though, if after 20 or 30 minutes, a staff person would have stopped in and said I was not forgotten!

Great experience

I had an early morning appointment and was not even called back until mor than 25 minutes past my appointment. I listened to an entire phone conversation about an upcoming surgery - and the patient on the phone was being prepped - I thought it was completely respectful of my time as that conversation started minutes before my scheduled appointment. That phone call (because I've had them and I heard the entire conversation) is/was not a five minute conversation- why start it then if you appointment is sitting waiting?
