I needed to see a second doctor and Dr. Schmida's arranged it for me within minutes so I did not need to return for a second visit. That was very much appreciated.

Professional and friendly. He took a lot of time to give me the results of the testing and what my options were. He made sure that we ( my wife was present) understood the process.

Most of my audiology test was performed by an intern. She was knowledgeable and treated me well. The Dr. came in at the end and answered a few of my questions.

Dr Schmida's adjustments to my hearing aids restored a clarity to my hearing that has been absent in my life for several months. He was able to mitigate the unwanted noise, e.g., loud highway noise, shushing of jacket sleeves, etc., and restored the clarity of speech that was lacking prior to the adjustments. Thank you Dr Schmida.

Dr. Schmida was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He obviously knew about my medical problems from reading my charts and talking to me. He was very kind and all he did.

Everything went extremely smooth, I expected to be there an hour but was seen before my scheduled time and didn't wait at all in the exam room and was out in a little over 1/2 hour.

Dr. Had excellent knowledge of my past hearing exams and he used it with his exam so that I knew exactly where I stood in regards to my hearing status. Wonderful to have Doctor leave me so reassured about my ear questions. His knowledge, education and excellent "bedside" manner left me very confident. I highly recommend him !! Than you !!

They were running late but it was not their fault as some patients take longer. The only thing I would change would have someone come out in the waiting area and let us know so we didn't think we were missed somehow. :o)

I have gone to Dr. Schmida for many years now. He and his staff have always been wonderful. They have always been extremely helpful with any questions or problems I have had. They are outstanding. I have had a lot of problems with ear wax, and they have always been great cleaning out and tuning my hearing aids.

Dr. Schmida is an excellent physician who is very thorough and attentive. Very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

The provider did a very nice job of fully explaining the test results, making sure I understand understood them, made sure what normal was, that they have the difference between previous tests. They did an excellent job of explaining things.

I got a call about a canceled appt and could I come in. You betcha. I'm so glad I got that call because my appt was 6 weeks out. Dr Schmida's explanations were easy to understand, and he helped me set up Bluetooth. The sound quality of these hearing aids is awesome.

I felt comfortable during the hearing test and Dr. Schmida gave me a thorough explanation of the results and what I can do in the future to take care of my hearing.

This wasn't the doctor I was scheduled to see. She was running behind so he filled in for her. I greatly appreciated his doing so. I was in and out quickly instead of having to wait a long time. I was very pleased with him and his care.

The only thing that I have to complain about it is I had an appointment and I waited for about 5 months. And when it's got to be close to the appointment, I think the day or two before he had a family emergency, which was fine, but then they made me go to the back of the line again, which I didn't think was right. I thought they would put me closer to the front after I've waited that long. Otherwise. I like the doctor and he did a really good job. So, but I do think it's a long wait. So thank you. Bye.

Perhaps at the 7:30 check in, have more than one person to check in . We were late for our appointment because there are 5 people in front of us. However, she handled The line very well and was courteous and not upset.
