I have PTSD and I don't leave the house very often I had to in this case to go to the hospital because of a broken shoulder I was really nervous could have been so scared everybody at the hospital made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It was a relief. Could not ask for a better experience

I really appreciate being worked into the schedule so much. I was there for an apt with my daughter and was able to be seen immediately after her apt was finished. Thank you so much!!!!! Things could not have worked out any better.

I was referred to Gundersen from another clinic. However, I have decided to find a Doctor at you Winona site so that Gundersen will take care of all my medical needs. I was very pleased with all of the staff that helped me. The wait time was reasonable and at the same time I never felt that the staff was rushing to move on to someone else. I appreciate the great service.

Very disappointed in the lack of availability for a physical therapist to continue my treatment. Thirty plus to forty five day gap is not conducive to recovery. The inability of the scheduling staff to find an opening for followup rehab is alarming.
