Dr explained everything in great detail so it was easy to understand

The only comment I would have to make is in the waiting room on the second floor for the chemo. They need higher chairs. I got, well, back and worked on and there is not a single chair down there that fits very, I can't sit in them. And I went up to the front counter and I was told that they've been asked many times and nothing has happened yet. So that's something that you can work on. Other than that, I have no complaints. Thank you much. Bye now.

All of the staff were very kind and supportive. They made sure that I was comfortable and I had ample time to ask questions about my procedure. They were good to explain everything that they were going to do which I appreciated.

I am pleased to have picked Gundersen Health system as my health provider.

I am amazed at the courtesy and caring shown by everyone on the Gundersen staff as I journey through this experience with breast cancer. I noticed Dr. Crosby's Packer lanyard, so we had a few words about the game as well as medical care and advice.

I appreciate that Dr Crosby always seemed to be personally interested in me as a person and my care. I also appreciate the care I received by his radiology team, their warmth and care made treatment actually enjoyable.

I had three back-to-back appointments and they were all met in a timely manner with little wait time between them. Providers listened to my questions about options and details of care.

Every time I have an appointment all the staff are very nice, helpful , makes me feel at ease.

I'm extremely happy with my care providers and especially Dr. Crosby.

Staff is courteous above and beyond. Had an issue with wheel chair transport from the hotel to hospital. That was resolved.

More care should be taken when building the body mold to not catch onto and pull the patient's hair as they are trying to shape it around the head area. This happened to me, but only on the right side.

Everyone was very considerate and did whatever they could to make me comfortable.
